 一、市场拓展专员
 
岗位职责:

1、渠道维护及产品销售方案的制定及实施。
2、根据公司产品开发的方向及市场需求,开发新的销售渠道,拓展渠道建设。
3、根据行业发展需要及市场变动情况,及时调整或更新渠道推广方案及案例。
4、协助总经理完成信息收集、跟进商务谈判、合同谈判等。

职位要求:

1、 大专及以上学历;
2、热爱销售,做事积极主动,沟通能力强,责任心强,性格开朗,有较强团队合作精神,具有较强的谈判能力、创新能力以及团队管理能力。
 
 
二、客服专员/助理

岗位职责:
 
1、售前支持:负责解答客户咨询、产品介绍;
2、售中跟踪:客户订单生产、发货、物流状态跟进,及时处理异常问题;
3、售后服务:妥善处理客户投诉问题及售后问题,及时处理退换货和问题订单;
4、根据库存情况处理商品的上架、下架,库存的定期更新维护;
5、负责公司系统平台定期管理;
6、负责线上新老客户定期回访维护,收集客户建议与意见,及时向公司反馈信息并提出改善方案;
7、联系渠道平台活动,设置渠道活动,渠道后台管理;
8、 做好部门销售日记帐、电脑开单、应收应付款等; 
9、 负责每日销售单据的编号和打印,及时与客户对账,支付和登记各种费用明细; 
10、认真执行业务操作流程,整理每日货款、相关业务单据和资料,及时交于财务部登记做;
11、能够发现实际工作中的问题,并结合情况做出合理性的建议;
12、完成主管临时交办的其他工作。

Market development specialist
Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities:
1, pre-sales support: responsible for answering customer inquiries, product introductions;
2, sales tracking: customer orders, production, delivery, logistics status follow up, deal with abnormal problems in time;
3, after-sales service: properly handle customer complaints and after-sale problems, timely processing of returned goods and problem orders;
4, according to inventory conditions, deal with goods shelves, shelves, inventory updates regularly maintenance;
5 、 responsible for regular management of company system platform;
6, responsible for online new and old customers regular visits, maintenance, collect customer suggestions and opinions, timely feedback to the company information, and propose improvement programs;
7, contact channel platform activities, set up channel activities, channel, background management;
8, do the sales journal, billing, accounts payable and other computer;
9, responsible for daily sales document number and print, timely reconciliation with customers, payment and registration of all kinds of expense details;
